 nment - be they academic\, artistic or legal - have been complicit in the 
 creation of a nature/culture dichotomy that ignores the multifarious ways 
 in which we relate to the natural world. \n\nJoin us for a panel discussi
 on at MAP as we explore how the production and consumption of media facili
 tate a more complex understanding of the relations between the human and n
 on-human worlds\, as well as amongst different communities across the glob
 e.\n\nThe panel\, consisting of Varun Kurtkoti\, Filmmaker\; Anitha N Redd
 y\, Art Practitioner\; and Pradeep Hedge\, Conservation Filmmaker and Wild
 life cameraman\; will be moderated by Vidya S\, Assistant Professor. It se
 eks to look at the role that films\, photographs\, newspapers and digital 
 media play in recording where the world is now\, and envisioning the futur
 es it may work towards. \n\nThis discussion has been organised as part of
  Vachana 2024:EcoSpective - Ecological Discourses in South Asia\,and is a 
 collaboration between MAP and the Department of English and Cultural Studi
